After struggling with church apps, text apps, websites, emails. I sat down one day and started thinking about how I communicate with my church. I was trying to develop an app and they are expensive as you probably know. I drew this matrix on my board and started staring at it. working out just what I wanted and what I was already doing. I figured out the way I communicate compared to how I wanted to communicate was different. So after developing this I refined it and have now put it in what I call my Matrix. It helped us/me understand communication inside and outside of our church.
